Interview With The Vampire Collection: Premiere Date and First Trailer Revealed

It has been an extended and winding highway to the display for AMC’s Interview With the Vampire.

Fortunately, AMC dropped the primary trailer for the variation of Anne Rice’s thrilling novel, and we even bought a premiere date.

About time, proper?

All the excellent news dropped throughout San Diego Comedian-Con on Saturday, and actually, the present appears like it is going to be definitely worth the wait.

The sequence premieres Sunday, October 2, at 10 p.m., out of the premiere of the last-ever episodes of The Strolling Useless.

Based mostly on Anne Rice’s iconic and bestselling novel, Interview with the Vampire follows Louis de Pointe, Lestat De Lioncourt and Claudia’s epic story of affection, blood and the perils of immortality.

Govt produced by award-winning producer Mark Johnson (Breaking Unhealthy, Higher Name Saul, Halt and Catch Hearth, Rectify), creator and showrunner Rolin Jones (Perry Mason, Friday Evening Lights), together with Christopher Rice and the late Anne Rice, the sequence stars Sam Reid as Lestat, Jacob Anderson as Louis and Bailey Bass as Claudia.

Per its official logline, the sequence “follows Louis de Pointe du Lac, Lestat de Lioncourt and Claudia’s epic story of affection, blood, and the perils of immortality, as instructed to journalist Daniel Molloy.”

“Chafing on the limitations of life as a black man in 1900s New Orleans, Louis finds it unimaginable to withstand the rakish Lestat’s supply of the final word escape: becoming a member of him as his vampire companion.”

“However Louis’ intoxicating new powers include a violent value, and the introduction of Lestat’s latest fledgling, the kid vampire Claudia, quickly units them on a decades-long path of revenge and atonement.”

AMC seems to be doubling down on the works of the late Rice, who’s well-known for bringing readers The Vampire Chronicles and Lives of the Mayfair Witches.

Fortunately, Mayfair Witches has already landed a proper sequence order, so there’s loads of supernatural enjoyable in retailer for followers of that form of stuff.

Vampires are making a comeback in 2022, with Netflix bringing First Kill to life and Peacock’s Vampire Academy on faucet for a fall launch.

The Lives of The Mayfair Witches will concentrate on an intuitive younger neurosurgeon who discovers that she is the unlikely inheritor to a household of witches.

As she grapples along with her newfound powers, she should take care of a sinister presence that has haunted her household for generations.

However first, we’ll be launched to Interview With The Vampire, and we’re so enthusiastic about it.
